The
Regional Director of Talent Management
provides leadership for all Regional Human Resources Operations which includes but is not limited to personnel, recruiting, onboarding, training, safety, and manpower scheduling. This position also serves as a liaison on all compliance and legal issues with Shared Services and outside sources.Roles and Responsibilities

will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner:Talent Recruitment, Development & RetentionOversees Human Resources FunctionsParticipates in Strategic PlanningEnsures Compliance and Addresses Administrative Legal IssuesOversees Administrative StaffEnsures a Safe Work EnvironmentParticipates in Training/CertificationsRequirements
Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering, Business, or HR Management from an accredited college or university and 10 years of industry-related management experienceProfessional Certification in Human Resources Management (PHR or SPHR) preferredTalent Management Certification preferredAt Baker Construction, we welcome those who are driven to make things happen.
