Maintain the Oracle Service Bus (OSB) composite services and Oracle views through which the system obtains new participant information from integrated systems.Support the ongoing data governance activities & needs of both the applicant system and the systems exchanging data with it.Address Trouble and Support Tickets.Apply patches to WebLogic application/servers to Sandbox, Dev and SQT domains.Perform upgrades and the installation and testing of hotfixes for the Oracle Service Bus.Participate and assist during scheduled Production Changes and critical vulnerabilities.Support security patching in coordination with the DBA and infrastructure teams.Respond to user questions and reported incidents.Provide system training and guidance.Maintain technical documentation.Monitor and respond to user requests and associated trouble tickets.Work with business users in an ongoing process of data cleansing and de-duplication records.Perform the full range of software engineering tasks necessary to sustain and enhance the system.Deliver monthly releases using agile methodology.Support requirements analysis, Change Request tracking, design, development, unit testing, and integration testing.Analyze weekly Vulnerability report from Infrastructure team and check for new vulnerabilities for system domains.Help develop architecture diagrams.Ensure SSL certificates and systems remain current.Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Service Bus (OSB).Experience with Oracle Java JRE.Experience with Java Message Service (JMS) SOAP API.Knowledge of integration with pay.gov.Experience writing technical documents such as Architecture Documents and Operations manuals.Experience with Weblogic preferred.Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder).Additional Information
