The Director, Continuous Process Improvement is responsible for leading a team that drives a culture of continuous improvement through developing guidelines, targets, and standards used for monitoring and measuring results. By incorporating Six Sigma methodology and analytics into organizational methodology this role will identify, analyze, and improve business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive operational excellence. Responsibilities May Include: Work with Arcosa Wind Tower leadership to advise and provide strategic direction on Continuous Improvement project selection and prioritization. Maintain the Continuous Improvement roadmap and funnel. Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and expectations, ensuring CI roadmap and initiatives align with business objectives. Ensure CI mindset by embracing and applying operating culture and provide training to the team on tools and strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather process-related data and insights and facilitate process improvement workshops and training sessions. Conduct a thorough analysis of current business processes to identify failure points, inefficiency, simplification opportunities, and areas for improvement using analytics and industry best practices. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track ongoing process performance and assess the impact of process improvements. Be a leader, mentor, and coach of Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies, principles, values, philosophies, and tools that drive continuous improvement. Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate technology solutions that support process optimization. Drive innovation and integration of new technologies to enhance process automation and efficiency in the organization. Monitor functional team efficiency, and quality, and manage goals; ensuring that the team and individuals understand the expectations and take appropriate action when needed. Required Qualifications: Legally authorized to work in the job posting country Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field 7 or more years of professional experience 5 or more years of experience in continuous process improvement, process analysis, and/or ERP implementations 7 or more years of experience as a people manager Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies Demonstrated ability of lean principle tools/project management methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across different teams Effective influence skills that contribute to collaborative environments Robust analytical, presentation, and problem solver with the ability to interpret complex data Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively Preferred Qualifications: Black Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications Working knowledge of Power BI, RPA tools
