Director of Automotive Key Accounts

to manage our four strategic key accounts in the Bay Area and drive significant growth in North America.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage relationships with four key automotive accounts in the Bay Area, focusing on driving sales and strengthening partnerships.Develop and execute tailored account strategies to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.Report directly to the Global SVP of Sales, providing regular updates on account performance and strategic opportunities.Lead a team to support the growth of these accounts, leveraging cross-functional resources to deliver exceptional customer service and solutions.Drive the full sales cycle for these accounts, from strategic planning and lead generation to closing high-value deals.Provide detailed forecasts and insights for executive leadership to support business planning and strategic initiatives.Desired Qualifications:Demonstrated success in a senior sales or business development role within the automotive industry, with extensive experience managing key OEM accounts.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships at the executive level.Minimum 15 years of experience in the automotive market, including at least 5 years in a director-level role managing key accounts.Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is strongly preferred.Expertise in selling complex opto-mechatronic and sensor solutions, with a deep understanding of the automotive ecosystem.Apply now to lead our key account strategy and make a significant impact in the rapidly evolving world of autonomous driving!
