We deliver on the promise of helping our customers, colleagues, and communities thrive in an ever-changing world.Job Title: Solution ArchitectLocation: Minneapolis, MNJob Description:Develop and maintain high-level and detailed architecture designs for complex technology solutions in multiple technology platforms, frameworks, and languages.Ensure architecture aligns with enterprise standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements with customer-focused attitude.Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements in agile environment.Communicate architectural decisions and strategies to non-technical stakeholders effectively.Oversee the integration of new systems and technologies into existing environments.Ensure interoperability and optimize performance across various platforms and applications.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.Lead architectural reviews and technical design sessions.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.Identify opportunities for innovation and recommend new technologies that can enhance business processes.Create comprehensive documentation of architectural designs and implementation plans.Ensure solutions comply with security and regulatory requirements.Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to ensure scalability and reliability.Participate in project planning and management, including defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.Demonstrated prior software development experience with expertise in client-side technologies (Angular/React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS) and strong experience using Java, Spring Framework/Spring Boot, and web application technologies.Experience in Business Banking, Payment Services, Financial Services, or regulated domains is a big plus.Demonstrated and extensive knowledge of APIs, UIs, infrastructure, network architecture, data architecture, security, new technologies, Cloud migration strategies and product & vendor evaluation.Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) & Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF Certification) are a plus.Deep understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.Experience with microservices architecture, API management, and integration patterns.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.Excellent communication, presentation, and thought leadership skills.What skills/technologies are required:

Supports projects and design recommendations that span the entire infrastructure. Collaborates with business leaders to help define business strategy and align creative information technology systems architecture to support the strategy.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Creates design principles and prepares technical and infrastructure architecture deliverables that meet business requirements and customer needs.Participates in product design recommendations that span the entire infrastructure framework.Manage and prioritize the product and feature backlog for your products and APIs.Lead the API/Micro-Services solution development and delivery, including hands-on development.Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation and preparing detailed specifications from which complex programs will be written.Provide application support, which includes problem research, analysis, resolution, and on-call support.Work with QA/Testing groups to resolve issues and to ensure software quality.Meet with clients to understand their needs and offer consulting services to internal groups.Develop and maintain APIs for multiple lines of business within an efficient Agile SDLC and act as an advocate for the API platform.Builds technical relationships with business, operations, and technical teams and leads design efforts that provide innovative solutions and complex architectures.Work cross-functionally with various Architects, Engineers, and Product owners across multiple teams in a rapidly evolving environment to translate business needs into API interface and functional requirements.Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$45,000] to [$110,000].
