DewasAreas of Responsibility:Lead engineering function for the entire site including project planning, execution, and maintenance for both Pharma OSD & Injectable block.Plant process equipment procurement & coordination for OSD/injectable facility.Coordinate with consultant & commercial team for equipment purchase & related planning to move equipment as required.Handle and lead all engineering projects independently.Currently leading engineering function for a big pharma manufacturing site.Preparation of monthly engineering reports and effective monitoring of energy resources for reducing energy cost and monitoring manpower and accurate utilization for completing departmental tasks.Mentor and motivate the site team for energy conservation and safety-related concerns.Ensure trouble-free operation of utility and engineering facility.Ensuring compliance to engineering regulations in the manufacturing facility.Ensure compliance to QMS procedures.Monitoring of budget OPEX & CAPEX for timely completion & within the agreed budget in coordination with finance controller.Technical dealings with various government agencies for legal requirement compliance.Job Scope:Internal Interactions:
All production block heads, supply chain team, and other cross-functional departments.External Interactions:
With vendors.Geographical Scope:
Position is based out of Dewas SGO and shall look after engineering projects for Dewas Site.Financial Accountability:
Finance Head.Job Requirements:Educational Qualification:
B.E / M.E/B.Tech/M.Tech (in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical). MBA will be an added advantage.Specific Certification:
