The Role
The UX Designer will join a team responsible for ensuring customers get access to their tickets and find support along the way through our client’s web and mobile platforms. This role involves delivering high-quality execution and supporting engineering with design specs.
What You'll Do
Create industry-leading user experiences from conception to execution
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand user needs and define solutions
Conduct experiments with cross-functional partners to ensure high-quality learnings
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Communicate design ideas and rationale clearly to stakeholders.
What You've Done
Portfolio that showcases several projects and your direct contributions
Experience designing across multiple platforms such as desktop and mobile
Ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to inform design decisions
Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative product development process
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.00 to $66.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
