The External and International Partner Liaison provides direct support for the following programs on the HSFTIC Contract: The International Space Station, Gateway, Commercial Lower Earth Orbit (Comm LEO), and Extravehicular and Human Surface Mobility Program (EHP).Responsibilities include:Acts as Facility Security Officer (FSO) for Payload Developers, submitting identity requests and assisting with the onboarding process.Provides the initial interface and direct line support for troubleshooting International/External Partner issues.Performs reporting and validation for VPN and user access, both periodically and ad hoc.Attends the Enterprise Services Integration Meeting (ESIM) weekly and Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM) monthly meetings to advocate on behalf of the program supported by HSFTIC.Performs annual review of ISS IT Security Training.Manages and administers RSA Tokens and triages issues with Pulse Secure.Performs application testing for limited VPN Profiles.Participates in the annual test failover to the White Sands Test facility for International/External Partner access to ISS Applications.Minimum Requirements:The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, and an interest in working within an IT organization. The candidate must also be able to coordinate multiple tasks successfully. Candidates should have experience with Windows and Mac support.Preferred Qualifications:Candidate must have experience in an IT customer support, help desk, or application support position, preferably with external users. Experience should include developing and following IT procedures and/or work instructions.Education and Relevant Work Experience:A BS/BA degree in an information technology field or equivalent experience in a related field.Company Benefits:ARES offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
