Schedule - Shift - Hours: Full Time - Day ShiftOversees and leads the operational and compliance aspects for Physician Services Point of Care testing throughout Maine Health under the guidance and direction of the POC Manager and Laboratory Director.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Education:

Knowledge of clinical laboratory functions, practices and procedures acquired through a Baccalaureate degree or Associates degree.License/Certifications:

Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician with Certification by a recognized professional organization (e.g., ASCP, AMT) required or obtain within the first year of start date.Experience:

Registered Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician with at least two years of laboratory experience.In-depth knowledge of CAP and CLIA regulatory requirements is necessary.In-depth knowledge and understanding of Hospital Information and Laboratory Information systems.
