This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications and systems software with a primary focus on web-based solutions and system integrations, while collaborating with team members to develop customized, high-quality enterprise web, mobile, and back-end Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and applications. This role will be located in our Global Services Office in downtown Los Angeles. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.Responsibilities & QualificationsOther key responsibilities include:Troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing existing web, mobile, and service applicationsCoordinating with project analysts, team members, and stakeholders to determine application requirements, estimates, and timelinesDesigning prototypes and proof-of-concept demosProviding daily status and work estimates via work item tracking and verbal reportsPreparing appropriate system and user documentation as requiredProtecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retainsWe’d love to hear from you if you:Possess comprehensive knowledge of C# and .NET (full framework and core)Demonstrate proficiency with the ASP.NET programming platform, including MVC & Web FormsDisplay client-side scripting experience, including various JavaScript frameworks/librariesAnd have:A high school diploma or an equivalentA bachelor’s degree or an equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, preferablyA minimum of three (3) years of relevant programming experience, including a minimum of two (2) years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, and SQL programmingBenefits & Additional InformationSuccessful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also be provided with a generous total compensation package with bonuses awarded in recognition of both individual and firm performance.
