Our team's mission is to create audio-led marketing strategies on behalf of our advertising partners that:Address business goals and challengesEngage, inspire and enlighten consumersDrive measurable resultsYou will be responsible for developing compelling solutions that support our partners' marketing objectives by tapping into the unique benefits of everything under the SiriusXM Media umbrella - including custom podcast content, music partnerships, experiential activations and more. You will influence partner conversations with ideation and storytelling that drives positive growth and business outcomes.As podcast listening continues to rise and becomes an integral part of the audio mix for marketers, a key function of this role will focus on conceptualizing branded podcast solutions that contribute towards meaningful revenue growth. You will be responsible for educating and inspiring our clients to leverage SiriusXM Media podcast content to enhance their business goals and outcomes. From Team Coco to audiochuck (Crime Junkie), Stitcher Studios, Earwolf, NBCU, Crooked Media, OWN, and other influential contributors, the SiriusXM Podcast Network is a hub for some of today's largest podcasts.What you'll do:Partner with sales teams to develop insights-driven marketing strategies rooted in podcast and music streaming solutions that meet brand objectives and drive advertising revenueBuild integrated marketing proposals in response to RFPs that are customized for our clients, displaying expert storytelling and effectively communicating our brands' advantageLeverage a suite of innovative audio and digital products to fuel big idea thinking and development of first-to-market conceptsMine internal and external data as well as industry news for insights to inform and support marketing stories and solution recommendationsAct as central liaison between sales and cross-functional organizations including Artist Marketing, Events, Podcast Revenue Partnerships, Branded Entertainment, Ad Innovation Strategy, Content Production, Sales Marketing, Research, Legal, etc.Assume leadership role in internal processes associated with initial strategy and ideation, concept vetting and authoring of external-facing proposals, ensuring internal SMEs are activated at appropriate time and kept informed throughout program lifespanWhat you'll need:10-12+ years relevant experience in a digital and/or audio first organization. Agency, Brand, and/or Publisher experience preferredProven ability to develop strategic, multi-platform marketing strategiesMust be curious and self-motivated, staying up on industry trends and ad-tech innovationExceptional writing and PPT design skills as well as design prowessAdept at taking complex solution sets and distilling them into easy to understand ideas that feel tailor-madeTeam oriented and collaborative natureExperience utilizing syndicated research, including eMarketer, ComScore and KantarA love of audio contentPodcast marketing familiarity/experience is a plusMust have legal right to work in the U.S.Available to start asapOur goal at SiriusXM is to provide and maintain a work environment that fosters mutual respect, professionalism and cooperation.
