Managing all projects assigned by the Business Unit Leader (BUL) to ensure they meet required performance indicators, including schedule performance, budget performance, profitability, client satisfaction, and quality control.Maintaining, implementing, and monitoring a system of quality control for all assigned projects.Accurately forecasting fee revenue on an ongoing monthly basis.Monitoring the training needs of direct report staff and scheduling training programs with the BUL.Assisting in developing strategic plans for the Business Unit and implementing programs to achieve strategic growth goals.Identifying resource needs by tracking project requirements and communicating these to the BUL.Preparing or assisting in preparing proposals.Participating in sales calls and client presentations.Developing and maintaining quality relationships with clients.Collaborating with other Business Units to form optimal project teams.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or equivalent technical degree.MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.Registration as a professional engineer preferred.12+ years of work experience, with 8+ years in the Electric Utilities industry or at an engineering consulting firm.Unquestioned business and personal integrity.ENTRUST Solutions Group, an ENR Top 100 company, is a community of over 3,000 people committed to our clients and each other.
