Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) is the group responsible for leading Ericsson’s Enterprise Networking and Security business. Our growing product portfolio spans across wide area networks, local area networks and enterprise security. How Will You Contribute to the Company?

The Ericsson team is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cellular modem technology and MNO relationships, with a deep focus on global cellular connectivity.

What Will You Do?

Define and lead the product strategy for our cellular modem portfolio, aligning with Ericsson's overall vision, market needs, and the evolving landscape of cellular technology (4G LTE, 5G, etc.).Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends in cellular technology, changes in cellular specifications, competitor offerings, customer requirements, and global Mobile Network Operator (MNO) network evolution roadmaps.Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for a best-in-class product experience for cellular modems, eSIM, and slicing technologies.Lead the development of an MNO certification strategy, including building business case with ROI in global carrier certification investments, ensuring seamless integration and operation of Ericsson Enterprise Wireless solutions across diverse global cellular networks.Foster strong relationships and actively collaborate with key technical and business contacts at leading MNOs worldwide.Leverage your expertise in 3GPP standards to guide product development and ensure compliance with evolving cellular specifications.Maintain a deep understanding of global conformance standards, such as PTCRB and GCF, and proactively integrate compliance considerations into the product roadmap.Manage modem product requirements, ensuring they meet technical feasibility, business goals, customer needs, and regulatory compliance.Collaborate with technical teams to define and document product specifications.Lead product launches and ensure successful market adoption through compelling messaging and go-to-market strategies.Track and analyze product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on the product roadmap accordingly.Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across various functions within Ericsson.Stay abreast of the latest advancements in cellular technology, industry standards, key competitors, and global regulatory frameworks.Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum seven (7) years of experience in product managementMinimum five (5) years of experience in product management having to do with cellular devicesDeep understanding of cellular technologies (4G LTE, 5G, etc.) and their evolutionDemonstrated expertise in 3GPP standards and the ability to translate them into product requirementsDeep understanding of global regulatory standards for cellular devices, including PTCRB and GCFIn-depth knowledge of eSIM technology and its role in cellular connectivity solutionsExperience working with global MNOs and understanding their certification requirements, network evolution roadmaps and specific requirementsExcellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure, and meet deadlinesData-driven mindset with a strong understanding of product lifecycle managementTravel: Up to 20%, additional 10% if remotePreferred Qualifications

At Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions, we know that our people are the key to our success. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package to help with your individual needs and goals.

Your Pay

The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

$119,700.00 - $222,300.00

Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. This variable pay opportunity is dependent upon the attainment of agreed to goals and objectives as determined by our Senior Leadership team. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Your work-life balance is important to us. Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions provides generous paid time off, including: 15 days of Flexible Time Off (FTO), four paid quarterly well-being days, and 11 paid annual holidays (includes nine company holidays and up to two floating holidays). Please note that an employee’s FTO balance and floating holidays may be prorated in the first year, based on start date. We also offer paid maternity-leave benefits and six weeks 100% paid family leave for all employees.
