Reporting to the Director of Corporate Partnerships and Community Engagement and joining the Corporate and Community Engagement (CCE) Team, this position will assist in the cultivation and stewardship of relationships with Corporate and Community Partners to further LifeMoves mission. The CCE Coordinator will manage numerous projects simultaneously and with a high level of detail, help increase the visibility of LifeMoves within the community we serve, and help raise funds to support our unhoused neighbors, including from sponsorships, grants, donations, and matching gifts.The CCE Coordinator will work with the Director in implementing and managing the tracking and monitoring of new and existing corporate relationships. This position plays a critical role in supporting the fundraising efforts of LifeMoves, a leading organization dedicated to ending the cycle of homelessness in our community.This position requires 2 days per week in office, with additional days on site to manage corporate volunteer events and presentations as needed.Responsibilities:Corporate Engagement Project and Data Management (60%)Work with the Director and Corporate Philanthropy Officer to analyze the infrastructure for managing the tracking of corporate giving, including sponsorships, grants, donations, and matching gifts.Develop and maintain the schedule for corporate volunteer events.Collaborate with the Director and Grants and Compliance team to track deadlines, gather information about deliverables from the GGC team, complete forms, and submit corporate grants and reports on time.Maintain all records in Salesforce and all existing data programs. Collaborate with the Director to integrate a Volunteer Database Program and enter data into Salesforce and other databases.Provide data and other tools to inform CCE team members of corporate and volunteer activity outcomes. Through regular updates and reports, highlight the value and impact of donor contributions, including revenue and relationship impact reports.Corporate Engagement (30%)Conduct customized presentations for corporate volunteer events.Assess efficiencies and develop streamlined operations for corporate volunteer events.Work with the Director to cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing corporate and community partners, while also identifying and establishing new partnerships.Work with the Director and Corporate Philanthropy Officer to manage an assigned portfolio of corporate partners, including all stages of the relationship.Marketing and Communication (10%)Work with CCE Director and Corporate Philanthropy Officer to showcase partner contributions on social media and other marketing channels.Work closely with the development team to align partnerships and community engagement with LifeMoves overall development strategies and goals.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a related field.Minimum of five years’ nonprofit experience including corporate fundraising, volunteer programming, events, and/or project management.Excellent customer service skills.Ability to present planned presentations in a corporate setting.Results-oriented, strategic thinker, highly responsive, initiative-taking, timely, accurate and thorough in follow through.Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to collaborate with corporate and community partners and LifeMoves internal partners.Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects.Understanding of the issues faced by unhoused individuals and other marginalized populations.Culture:
