Handle a diverse caseload of employment litigation matters from inception to resolution.Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned legal opinions.Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.Collaborate with partners and other team members on case strategy and legal matters.Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of legal experience as a licensed attorney in a law firm.Specialization in employment litigation is essential.A current license to practice law in Washington, D.C.Proven track record of handling a variety of employment litigation cases.Not less than 2 years in the current position.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Active membership in the Washington D.C. Bar.Skills:
Excellent legal research and writing skills.Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.Proficient in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Working Conditions:
