As Relyance AI’s Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving our go-to-market strategy by building and scaling a world-class GTM team. You’ll be the first GTM focused TA Partner joining the VP, Talent to build and scale a world-class Talent function. You will collaborate with internal hiring partners on strategic and tactical recruitment through creative sourcing methods, networking, and employment branding to align with Relyance AI’s growth.As a Sr. TA Partner, your role will include:Owning the full recruitment life cycle from intake to sourcing to interviewing to closing for a variety of sales and marketing positionsPartnering with Hiring Managers to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with business objectivesLeveraging innovative sourcing techniques to build robust talent pipelines for high-impact sales and marketing rolesConducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit for both role and company cultureUtilizing Greenhouse to optimize the hiring process and generate actionable insightsBuilding strong partnerships with sales and marketing leadership to understand business needs and talent requirementsThis role could be a fit for you if you bring:5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on sales and marketing rolesProven track record of building high-performing Sales and Marketing teamsDeep understanding of sales and marketing metrics and KPIsExceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholdersA passion for identifying top talent and driving business growthBonus points for:Experience Recruiting Sr. Enterprise Account Executives globally2+ years of experience recruiting for an Enterprise Software CompanyExperience recruiting in a fast paced, startup environmentWho are we?At Relyance AI, we create an unreasonably hospitable and data-driven culture. As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $100,000 to $140,000.
