Position DescriptionCGI Federal is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support TAX, a division with the Department of Justice.This position is located in USA DC Washington -- USADCWAS01.Analyze the development of a contracts acquisition plan, define requirements for solicitation, review the development of drafted documentation supporting solicitations. Serve as primary contact for customers. Act as a supporting advisor to the contract manager SME by leveraging expert knowledge of acquisition policies and regulations. Collaborate with end-users to ensure contract requirements are met; and provide procurement/contracting advice to senior management. Provide work leadership to junior employees and customers, as needed.Performs non-routine and complex assignments with little guidance regarding review.Implementation, and Enforcement of a recent Expert Witness guidelines and findings.Presents review findings to Budget and Procurement leadership.Contacts Senior Litigating attorneys to resolve complex issues while coordinating with various teams and leadership.Creates Expert Witness reports to be sent to Procurement Leadership and Senior Division Leadership.Ability to be self-directed and work under minimal supervision.Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.Required qualifications to be successful in this role:Experience with the procurement life cycle, from source selection activities to closeout.Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience with contracts or subcontracts in the industry or working as a contracting officer in the federal government.Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).Relevant work experience supporting DOJ TAX Division.Financial Management Experience.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Must be able to successfully pass a CGI Federal background investigation.Must be able to obtain/maintain a DOJ MRPT clearance.All candidates must be local to the DC Capitol region.Compensation:

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
