What we're seeking:

This leader will be charged with driving Frontier's successful growth into new and existing territories throughout the country. They will be responsible for developing and supporting Frontier's SMB sales talent to maximize growth for new business acquisition. This leader helps the sales teams solve the business needs of prospects by aligning those needs and objectives with Frontier solutions. Your role is critical to Frontier's transformation strategy and will ensure SMB customer growth, experience, and market penetration targets are achieved.

This leader is a superb collaborator that knows how to build close-knit, high-performing teams that include both direct team members and key members of supporting functional teams. This leader is an exceptional coach and has a track record of developing talented individuals who have also demonstrated remarkable careers.

You will be developing your team to exceed projected sales goals assigned to the segment. You will partner and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer touchpoints are achieved their intended purpose and meet targeted KPI's. In this role you will be charged with bringing together Sales, Field Technicians, Engineering, Sales Effectiveness, and our Consumer counterparts to maximize SMB penetration. You will create pride in the organization and develop high-quality performers that will be considered for future leadership roles within Frontier. You will Evangelize and champion Frontier's expansion mission, purpose, and needs internally and externally. In this in-person role, you will be required to report to either our Dallas, TX or Long Beach, CA offices to complete your work responsibilities.

What we need in you:

In this SMB operations role, you'll need a growth mindset and curiosity as you seek innovative solutions for our SMB customers. There's plenty to learn as we traverse new horizons, so it requires preparation, open-mindedness, and resilience.

What you'll do:

Proactive in adopting sales best practices and a leader in process adherence

Comfortable speaking with C-suite about financial metrics, calculations, and assumptions in the business case

Demonstrates market and industry knowledge and recognizes changing market trends

Excellent objection handling and contract negotiating skills

Ability to oversee talent development programs and efforts

Demonstrates the ability to link corporate strategic goals to customer-facing solutions

Strong collaboration skills and ability to work alongside multiple working groups

Proven record of meeting/exceeding established goals

Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills

Highly resourceful when need to overcome barriers and objections

10+ years previous experience in telecommunications and managing sales teams

Applicants must have BA/BS degree from a four-year College or university, MBA Preferred

Salary Range: $120,000 to $216,000

What background you should have:

8+ years previous experience in telecommunications and managing sales teams

Bachelor's degree preferred.

A valid state driver's license and a clean driving record.
