B&A is looking for an

UI/UX Developer

to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a great team while supporting the US Courts HRMIS program. B&A is looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in designing and developing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will support the modernization of the PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) system to enhance the overall user experience.Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.Work with the HRMIS scrum teams to support the modernization effort for PeopleSoft HCM Application.Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that meet business needs and user requirements.Develop front-end code using modern web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.Ensure that user interfaces and experiences are optimized for performance, accessibility, and usability.Collaborate with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end code with back-end systems.Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to continuously improve user interfaces and experiences.Keep up to date with new UI/UX trends and technologies and provide recommendations for enhancements to existing systems.Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science, graphic design, or a related field.10+ years of experience in designing and developing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.Required Skills

Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.Understanding of performance optimization, accessibility, and usability best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and provide clear and accurate written and oral communications.Demonstrated and proven capability to work independently without supervision or guidance.Ability to accomplish duties effectively and securely on-site and remotely from the company assigned work location or a government approved location.Desired Skills

Development experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 preferred.Experience with front-end web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.Experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.Security Clearance
