The Broadband Plasma Division (BBP) provides market-leading patterned wafer optical inspection systems for leading-edge IC manufacturing.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsThe Broadband Plasma Division (BBP) provides market-leading patterned wafer optical inspection systems for innovative IC manufacturing. You will be a key member of our highly integrated multi-disciplinary team of software, systems, applications and algorithm engineers.Manage development of software solutions for various wafer inspection systems and product offerings.Work with various multi-functional engineering and business teams; and with customers to document product requirements, integrate features, and validate our differentiated solutions.Plan and manage breakthroughs, feature interdependencies, project schedule, and overall quality of our product work.Assess, evaluate risks, and implement project work with urgency required to deliver business value.Communicate effectively with teams globally, including marketing, engineering, manufacturing, service, field teams, and customers.Demonstrate business insight with clear understanding of value proposition and feature capabilities.Drive taskforces, hold effective technical discussions, and appreciate key design decisions.Actively contribute to integrate Software and Hardware solutions that meet product and engineering specifications.Lead, encourage, empower, and influence team members to achieve excellence.Address conflicts and remove impediments for the team to focus on improvement activities.Qualifications:Strong leadership, critical thinking, effective communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Strong Technical Capability and Risk Management with deep understanding of business goals.Experience with New Product Introduction or Product Development from inception to delivery.Experience articulating progress and impact through relevant key performance indicators.Familiarity with Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall development methodologies.Ability to work well with various customers and influence teams without direct authority.Minimum Qualifications:Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years.KLA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
