This position has a $5,000 sign-on bonus!

Compensation Range: 75,000-$83,000/annually

Compensation will be dependent upon geographic region, education, and experience

The

Clinical Director

is responsible for the supervision and clinical oversight of the program.

ResponsibilitiesOversees and ensures quality of clinical aspects of the program and takes initiative to make improvements.Supports in facilitating weekly treatment team meetings to ensure consistent and effective communication, including proper oversight of client progress and ensures a team approach is being utilized.Trains all new clinical employees within their scope and coordinates training with clinical team members.Supports Executive Director with 90-day, annual performance reviews, and growth plans for therapists within the program, as requested by the Executive Director.Supports in facilitating monthly employee trainings ensuring that all mandated trainings are completed throughout the year.Maintains a client caseload as dictated by census.Leads or co-leads clinically oriented groups every day. Provides clinical oversight of groups.Communicates with referral sources and outpatient providers for continuity of care upon admission, midpoint, and discharge, including the use of Discovery Connect.Facilitates client transfers to higher level of care, as needed.Facilitates Multi-Family, Family Program and/or Family Weekend.Supervises all pre-licensed therapists within the program and provides clinical consultation, as needed.This is a full-time position working at our eating disorder outpatient program in Bridgewater, NJ

QualificationsMaster’s or Doctorate degree in relevant field, requiredLicense, and ability to provide clinical supervision, requiredMinimum of two years of experience working with eating disorders, requiredMust possess a current driver’s license and be in good standing
