As a Backend Software Engineer, you will work directly with stakeholders and other engineers to research, design and build new tools and features. A successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, leadership and mentorship experience, and the ability (along with an inherent desire) to write clean, extensible, bug-free, and bug-resistant code.
Most of our backend is written in Java using Spring Boot, Microservices and AWS, so a passion for these technologies is a must. Architect and implement new features, write tests, review code and fix bugsParticipate in standups, workshops, sprint grooming and feature demosWork with product and project teams to help plan our ambitious roadmapResearch, study, strive to improve your skillsetWe care about code quality - "don't just get it done, get it done right"Qualifications And Requirements

The salary range for this position is $170K - 220K (Depending on experience and level assessed post interviews)Benefits At Finfare
