If relationships are important to you, and you identify with the People First culture at Forvis Mazars, we would like to hear from you!How you will contribute:Assisting with managing, developing, and coaching professional staffCarrying out the detailed audit, review, and compilation of engagement proceduresAdequately identifying audit risks and problems through review to ensure audit engagements are completed with defendable files and documentationConsistently identifying engagement and operating opportunities for improvement, and providing timely solutions and consultationManaging multiple concurrent engagements without disruption or loss of control, and within scheduled deadlinesManaging multiple client relationships, billings, and resource needsBuild personal referral sources and clientele while actively participating in team marketing opportunitiesLeading audit committee meetings and presentationsParticipating in speaking and article-writing opportunitiesCompleting CPE specific to assigned industriesTraveling to serve clients as necessaryWe are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:An aptitude to recruit and develop firm associates and team membersTeam and engagement management skillsInnovative ideas for servicing clienteleCommunication skills to effectively relate to people of diverse backgrounds and experience levels both verbally and in writingAn ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment to reach clear-set goalsMinimum Qualifications:At least 9 years of audit experience in public accountingCPA licenseProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's or master's degree in accountingExperience managing multiple complex client engagements
