Service Assistant
to join our Audi Marin team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment!This is what we offer:Opportunity to work in a cohesive and supportive team environmentBrand new, state-of-the-art facilities and equipmentOpportunity for advancement in a growing companyComprehensive insurance plans - medical, dental, vision, life insurance, health savings account, and flexible savings accountPaid vacation days, sick days, and holidaysHere is what an ordinary day of work may look like:Identify the client’s needs and assist with scheduling appointmentsEnsure clients concerns, such as costs, warranty questions, appointment duration, etc., are addressed prior to appointment dateReceive inbound sales phone calls and leads in a courteous and accommodating mannerConfirm all client appointments prior to the appointment date, making adjustments if necessaryFollow up post visit to ensure customer satisfactionWork closely with the Service Department, including attending Department meetingsThe opportunity is for you if you have:High school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detailComputer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skillsPrevious customer service, sales, or telemarketing experienceMaintain professional appearance and demeanor at all timesSelf-motivated and diligentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be insured to operate a motor vehicleClear focus on delivering work of the highest qualityWilling to submit to a drug test and criminal background checkPay range for this role is: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
