Summary
Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a 0.8 FTE salaried locums Family Medicine Physician to join our Federal Way Medical Center team in Federal Way, Washington.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care in Family Medicine.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address patient needs.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Compensation and Benefits
The entire salary range for this position is $267,336 to $314,513 and will be prorated based on FTE. Placement of new hires will be in the range of $267,336 to $298,787 based on factors such as education, training or experience.
Benefits include: Full malpractice indemnification (including tail coverage), medical benefits, 401(k), paid vacation, post-graduate educational leave, postgraduate funding, employer contributions to social security.

The city of Federal Way, population 90,147, is located in the southwestern corner of King County on a plateau between Puget Sound and the Green River Valley, approximately 25 miles south of downtown Seattle and eight miles north of downtown Tacoma. Federal Way has 31 developed parks and 19 open space parks on approximately 1,141 acres of land, and also boasts the BPA and West Campus trails totaling nearly 3.5 miles.
