All you need is a Master’s degree and five years of progressively responsible supervisory experience, along with at least three years managing a quality and compliance program. We will teach you the rest!A Day in The Life as a Chief Quality OfficerAs a Chief Quality Officer, you will direct and administer the activities of the agency in support of our policies, goals, and objectives as established by the CEO and Board of Directors, in accordance with best practices and accreditation standards. You will evaluate and ensure continuous compliance by the agency as it relates to regulatory and accreditation standards. You will participate in policy and procedure development and implement a comprehensive quality strategy that aligns with agency objectives. You will oversee audits and inspections from regulatory bodies and implement corrective actions as necessary. In this role, you will hold a key leadership position in support of the agency’s mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a resilient leader who is an effective motivator and communicator, quality-centered, and ensures that all contractual and regulatory obligations in the states served by the agency and its affiliates are followed.
