What\'s involved in this role: We are looking for a Whey Operator in Luxemburg, WI. The Whey Operator is in charge of safely and efficiently operating machinery including: HTST, Ultrafiltration, Microfiltration, Nanofiltration, Reverse Osmosis, Spray Dryers, Separators, Heat Exchangers, and Packaging. Whey Operators also preform accurate hourly checks on assigned equipment and make necessary adjustments as needed to keep product within customer and organization specifications. Accurately checks for flow rates, temperatures, system pressures, pH, percent solids, and protein percentage in a timely manner. \$24.37/hour 6:00pm-6:00am on a 2-2-3 Schedule \$1.50 shift differential Double time on Sunday and holidays What you need to join our team: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a dairy environment preferred. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered. Where you\'ll be working: Luxemburg, WI Our Luxemburg, WI, plant is home to about 170 employees. This facility produces mozzarella and provolone cheese, as well as various whey streams.
