As a key contributor, you will work with a diverse customer base, provide exceptional service, and play a pivotal role in their long-term success.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, including pre-sales, customer retention, success management, and the sale of our spaces at two prime locations in Miami.RequirementsLanguage Skills: Fluency in Spanish is essential due to Miami's diverse customer base.

Experience: Proven success in B2B sales with a strong track record in customer acquisition and retention.

Independence: Capable of working independently to meet targets and goals, with the ability to promptly raise any concerns or issues.

Salary & CompensationBase Salary: $80K-$90K

Bonus Structure: Quarterly bonuses based on personal KPIs, with the potential to earn up to 2 additional monthly salaries per year for reaching 100% of KPIs, and up to 6 additional monthly salaries per year for reaching 130% of KPIs.

Additional InformationReporting: This is a single-function role, reporting directly to the City Lead in Miami.
