Our team of skilled professionals is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of course upkeep, ensuring that each visitor to our facilities has an unparalleled experience.Responsibilities:Job PurposeThe Convenience Cart Attendant provides an outstanding customer experience for members and guests by selling food and beverage products on the course.ResponsibilitiesOffer members and guests the opportunity to obtain and enjoy food and beverages while in the process of playing golf or enjoying other events. Follow the rules of golf etiquette when approaching a golf groupGreet members promptly by name and make introductions with guests. Maintain a polite and friendly manner to provide high quality serviceProvide timely coverage of assigned course, anticipate visits to each group every 4-5 holes while maintaining communication with other attendants and management to ensure adequate coverage as neededDispose of members and guests trash to maintain a consistent and clean environment. Assist in other ways such as directions to the restroom, club house, etc.Stock carts with food, beverage, ice, and transaction suppliesCollect payments and accurately reconcile daily bank at the conclusion of each shift. Process all business for the day and deposit in designated areaOperate golf carts within guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure proper safety to avoid accidentsSafely secure all products on cart including cash bank, keys, etc. and other company property as assignedDocument spills and waste of product and daily par versus usage sheetsClean and sanitize cart of all food, ice, and trash at the end of each shift. Ensure health code standards are always metWork well under pressure, coordinating multiple tasks at any given timeMaintain good conduct and safe working habits while in all areas of the club and assure others are acting safely
Qualifications:QualificationsMust be of legal age to sell and serve alcoholic beverages, applicable state card or certificate must be provided if required by state lawValid drivers license requiredOperate convenience cart in a safe manner.
