Every day, more than 10 million tests are run on Abbott's diagnostics instruments, providing lab results for millions of people.What You'll Work OnThe Digital Health Solutions (DHS) Sales Manager leads the Commercial TEAM to deliver on our DHS Portfolio Goals. This role must execute a clear strategy to grow market share, ensure client centricity, TEAM development and exceed plan commitments. Expected to collaborate with cross functional roles to align and drive DHS success.What You'll Work OnManage assigned Digital Health Solutions P&L ensure business functions drive operational efficiencies, and improve Gross Margin & Division Margin to meet the financial profile.Identify customer needs and support team to demonstrate the value, leveraging Digital Health Solutions products and services.Develop and execute an annual strategic plan to meet sales and margin commitment.Lead regional organization of ~4 direct reports plus dotted line support; ensure team is equipped with the appropriate training and resources for success.Create demand by identifying new products and solutions that are customer-centric with the potential to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with other functions to evaluate the value and feasibility of introducing new or customized products and services.Engage regularly with cross-functional team to ensure effective relationship between districts and alignment on priorities for dotted line support.Join team members for field travel on a regular basis to assess business opportunities, build customer relationships, and provide coaching to all employees. (65%)Develop a high-performance team, by acquiring, developing, and retaining top talent; drive a culture of continuous improvement, creativity, and accountability.Travel up to 65%Impact of positionCreate and sustain a healthy growing business for the DHS PortfolioEnsure constant growth and profitability to exceed planRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree is requiredExperience leading & executing complex (multi stakeholder/multiyear) contract negotiations.5+ years in sales roles with demonstrated ability to align and integrate diverse business teams and functions to ensure they work together to deliver results.Proven track record in gaining market share or growing the market and/or renewing /defending existing business.Preferred Qualifications7+ years in a sales roles focused on long-term capital investments in the healthcare sectorMaster's degreeSales experience in the Diagnostic industry.Sales experience in digital healthcare solutions.* Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
