Provide technical support to our customers in the Service Station industry through quick problem resolution as part of the Tech Support Team. I. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and ensure their satisfaction through quick problem resolution Bring the customers voice alive within the marketing and engineering teams to drive innovation Ensure product quality issues are identified and reported accurately Work closely with other departments to enhance their expertise and responsiveness to customer needs. Initiate continuous improvement projects. Continuously develop product knowledge and customer skills. II. Relationships Position reports directly to Ted Ostrowski Position is key member of the Veeder Root Tech Support team. Position interacts with Engineering, Operations, Field Service, Sales and Marketing III.
