DescriptionWe are currently seeking an
IT Field Technician
to join our team. This position requires an active DoD Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance. As an IT Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site support, maintenance, and operational services for Army Military Intelligence Enterprise IT Systems. Duties include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing system updates, and documenting incident resolution procedures. This role will also involve regular travel (20%) to off-site locations.Primary Responsibilities:Provide Tier I and II support at remote field and garrison sitesPerform server and desktop installation and basic cablingDocument incident resolution procedures and standard operating proceduresAnalyze and resolve network, hardware, and software problemsBasic Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant technical experienceActive DoD TS/SCI security clearanceExperience maintaining Windows 7 or higherActive DoD 8570.01 IAT II baseline certification, CompTIA Security+ CEPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical fieldCompTIA Server+ certificationExperience maintaining Server 2019 platforms
