Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha is hiring an Entry Level Sales Manager!POSITION : Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha is expanding and building a brand new, state-of-the-art facility and need to fill vital positions! We are looking to hire an entry level sales manager to join our team! New Vehicle Sales Managers are responsible for profitability in the new vehicle departments and customer retention. To achieve this, they must effectively manage sales personnel, have a strong knowledge of the market, and have an in-depth understanding of all sales departments' financial data, as well as strong customer relations skills. A Boucher Sales Manager is expected to uphold the highest ethical standards in every aspect of the job. This entry level position is perfect for a sales professional to work their way into a management roll.Duties:1. Hiring and managing consultants, conduct daily sales meetings and sales training.2. Overseeing standards for the facility and new vehicles3. Planning and executing community and partner business promotions.4. Managing the supply, inventory, and marketability of new vehicles.5. Review forecasts and profits for your department with the General Sales Manager.6. Working with the General Sales Manager on advertising plans, sales promotions, staffing needs, lease promotions, and compensation plans.7. Overseeing the productivity and growth of the Internet Sales Team.8. Attending to customer issues and driving a high level of customer satisfaction.9.. Issuing demonstration vehicles and ensuring that dealership records are maintained.REQUIREMENTS:
We prefer sales managers have at least a year in a dealership sales environment, but retail experience in any sales industry merits consideration. Must be comfortable managing people, and management personnel require strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees, and vendors as they represent the dealership. They are required to maintain the department's profitability while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction, understand and keep abreast of the federal, state, and local regulations that affect their operations, but must also comply with these regulations.
