Overview:
This position performs a wide range of administrative and staff support duties at an advanced complexity level. Provides support for senior Wealth leaders, such as expense reporting, job requisitions, meeting planning and travel. Offers candidates a view into our company culture through hiring processes and associate onboarding. Provides logistics support for meetings to create a good experience for leaders and attendees. Coordinates with internal and external partners through proactive communication.This position performs a wide range of administrative and staff support duties at an advanced complexity level. Coordinates with internal and external partners through proactive communication.Responsibilities:Support Provides detail-oriented administrative support. Responsible for creating and submitting expense reports, including reconciliation of credit cards. Submits invoices for payment. Makes travel arrangements, including hotel, flight, and rental car reservations, as well as coordinating for other needs during trips. Assists in managing calendars for senior leaders. Processing ingoing and outgoing mail.Hiring Creates job requisitions. Schedules interviews by coordinating calendars for senior leaders and candidates. Ensures space for interview has been reserved and is prepared appropriately. Works with hiring manager to provide a positive onboarding experience by greeting and beginning initial orientation for new associates. Completes offboarding processes in a timely and thorough manner.Meetings Schedules meetings. Creates professional agendas. Secures meeting space. Acts as liaison with external providers for food and other arrangements.Communication Collaborates successfully with management and associates in completion of daily administration Maintains open and positive communication when receiving, answering, and directing department correspondence.
Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in Administrative experience requiredPreferred Skills:5 years of professional administrative experience supporting senior leadersIntermediate Microsoft Office proficiencyLeadership level calendar management experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsFirst Citizens benefits programs are designed to meet our associates where they are in life.
