Reporting Relationship: Reports to the Director of Sales and Education

Responsibilities:

Drive growth within your designated territory by establishing strong client relationships and employing consultative sales approaches to foster new business opportunities.

By possessing a deep comprehension of the industry and hair extensions, you'll become an indispensable ally to stylists and salon experts in expanding their extension enterprises.

Conduct thorough research to identify and engage prospective salon professionals and stylists, effectively converting them into customers.

Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of potential new business opportunities, ensuring consistent growth and expansion.

Foster ongoing communication and conduct regular meetings with customers to ensure their needs are met and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Drive sales through educational initiatives, including coordinating and facilitating classes for all accounts to enhance product knowledge and skills.

Provide comprehensive reporting and analysis on account sales performance to inform strategic decisions, drive growth, and anticipate customer needs.

Collaborate closely with direct manager and cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maximizing sales opportunities.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and developing new accounts.

Experience within the professional beauty industry is highly desirable, including selling professional beauty products and/or salon experience with a sales background

Must have a proactive approach to prospecting and a results-oriented mindset

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients

Being able to work well in a team environment, share information, and support colleagues is essential

Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
