We are looking for a tech savvy individual to join our field team! Our team of Field Technicians are responsible, self-motivated and service-oriented people with great technical aptitude and customer service. We offer a highly competitive hourly wage along with a great work environment. Low-Voltage experience is preferred but not required. We believe in investing in our technicians and are constantly training to ensure success in the field!Job Breakdown:
Our Field Technicians perform installations, preventive maintenance, break-fix, and general health check tasks for the All Electronic Tolling system on the Massachusetts Turnpike . Technicians are responsible to ensure that the system is functioning to its full potential 24/7.Responsibilities:Monitor all tolling equipment making sure it is performing to specifications.
Perform bi-annual preventive maintenance on all gantry equipment.
Perform weekly visits to each toll site and perform quick walkthrough inspections.
Diagnose/repair electronic and mechanical issues
Ensure compliance as required by client agreement and/or scope of work
Excellent Communication with Manager/Scheduling team/Operations team
