Kaimetrix (KMX) is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Senior IT Portfolio Management Lead to join our team. The selected individual will serve as the subject matter expert in IT management, mission-driven IT governance, and Federal IT portfolio management. This role is pivotal in ensuring that NIH’s IT Investment Portfolio adheres to federal policies and remains compliant with governmental guidelines such as GAO, OMB, and HHS requirements.Key Responsibilities:Subject Matter Expertise:
Serve as a subject matter expert in IT portfolio management, mission-driven IT governance, and Federal IT policies, providing expert-level guidance and insights.Federal IT Compliance:
Demonstrate expert knowledge of Federal policies for Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), including Technology Business Management (TBM) and Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) requirements. Ensure NIH’s IT Investment Portfolio remains compliant with GAO, OMB, and HHS directives.Technical Analysis & Integration:
Provide technical knowledge and conduct high-level functional systems analysis, design, and integration, ensuring the successful documentation and operational environment of highly specialized IT applications.Strategic IT Management:
Lead the development and implementation of technology strategies that align with the organization's mission, goals, and federal guidelines. Support mission-driven IT governance efforts to achieve efficient and effective IT investment outcomes.Portfolio Oversight:
Oversee IT investment portfolios, ensuring strategic alignment, proper allocation of resources, and compliance with federal and departmental guidelines.Risk Management & Compliance:
Continuously monitor portfolio performance, identifying and mitigating risks while ensuring adherence to federal compliance standards and best practices.Qualifications:Experience:
8+ years of related experience in IT strategy, technology portfolio management, and federal IT governance.Extensive experience with Federal IT portfolio management and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC).Proven track record of ensuring compliance with federal IT regulations, including GAO, OMB, HHS, and NIH requirements.
Certifications:
Experience or certification in Technology Business Management (TBM) or Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Expert-level knowledge of federal IT management policies and procedures.Ability to collaborate across various teams and departments to align IT investments with business goals.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
