You will be reporting to the Commercial Sales Manager of the Americas and collaborating closely with the Technical Team, so all dealers' needs are met across the territory. You will be provided a high-level plan for territory growth and be tasked with updating that plan regularly with senior staff and communicating the details to your dealers. You will be entering a fast-paced and quickly growing market segment where you will be heavily involved in determining the future path of our company in the US and developing new markets. You will need strong analytical skills, be highly organized, and not be intimidated by changing plans or strategies as you see fit on the fly. To accomplish this, you will have dealer meetings through video and in person, periodic trade show attendance, and occasionally meeting with customers on-site to determine the best solutions moving forward. Travel will consist of about 30%.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with dealers that currently reside in the territory, and assist them in developing growth plans that match company goals.Operate as a market expert within the territory to understand where to target moving forward.Execute the territory plan that will effectively hit both revenue and sales targets for the territory.Assess the current coverage map within the territory and perform a gap analysis to add additional dealers as needed.Develop a strong understanding of product offering and installation process.Attend trade shows and meetings to introduce the product into new markets.Meet regularly with dealers to ensure they are up to date on all sales and service training needed to be successful.Ensure the CRM system is updated regularly with key information on deals happening within the territory.Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)5+ years of experience managing a dealer network in a given territory with proven growth.Being highly organized and possessing an internal drive to meet timelines is a must.Ability to coach and persuade people that you have minimal leverage withDemonstrate the ability to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels of an organization.Strong business acumen.Experience in agriculture is a must, or commercial construction would be a plus.Experience leading projects is preferred.Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Office Package is critical.Previous experience working within a CRM, ideally Hubspot, would be positive.Strong writing and presentation skillsWhat we offer:
