Scope of Services:Guide and mentor multiple teams and the organization in Agile/Scrum best practices, methodologies, and values.Assess the Scrum maturity of teams and the organization, coaching them to higher levels of maturity at a sustainable pace.Facilitate the removal of impediments or guide teams to remove them independently.Assist in the completion of work assignments, including assigning or dictating tasks.Facilitate discussions, decision-making, team-building, and conflict resolution.Improve transparency and communication within and outside the teams; support product owners and project leadership to maximize ROI and meet organizational objectives.Support and educate Product Owners and teams, including grooming and maintaining the product backlog.Engage in agile delivery using the best agile methodology (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).Provide servant leadership support to teams, leading by example.Facilitate all necessary team meetings according to Scrum ceremonies.Participate in design sessions.Perform or direct special tasks as assigned.Mandatory Expertise/Experience:
5+ years of experience in the Scrum Master role.Scrum Master certification (must include a copy of the certificate with the resume).Desirable Expertise/Experience:
Experience in identifying and building Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure program performance.Experience with JIRA and/or Azure DevOps.Experience in creating and maintaining product timelines, status reports, communication plans, and other product management-related documentation.
