Assure Fertility Partners of Philadelphia - Main Line Fertility is looking for a Regional IT Field Tech who can provide technical support and troubleshooting for our clients in various locations in Philadelphia and Eatontown. The ideal candidate will have a Network+ certification and at least two years of experience in IT field service. The Regional IT Field Tech will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and repairing network devices, computers, printers, and other peripherals. This individual will also perform network assessments, audits, and upgrades as needed and will also be expected to assist with HQ projects as needed.
Responsibilities:
Provide onsite and remote technical support and troubleshooting for clients in various locations.Present in a professional manner to fellow "family members" / colleagues. (Business Casual dress code.)Install, configure, maintain, and repair network devices, computers, printers, and other peripherals.Perform network assessments, audits, and upgrades as needed.Document and update network configurations, issues, and resolutions.Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices.Escalate complex issues to the IT Manager or the IT team as appropriate.Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service.Travel to different locations within the region as required.Daily check in with HQ teams.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Network+ certification or equivalent is required.At least two years of experience in IT field service or a related role.Working knowledge of network protocols, devices, and tools.Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and applications.Working knowledge of hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to travel to different locations within the region as required.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Inception offers fantastic benefits to our team (Family members):
