Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Global Brand Partnership Experience to join our growing Stanley Global Brand Partnerships team. This role is crucial in managing our global partnerships with excellence and care, ensuring exceptional value and satisfaction for our partners. You should have a strong background in building and maintaining relationships, and a passion for Sports, Entertainment, and Lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

Experience Strategy Development: Design and implement a global partnership experience strategy that aligns with Stanley's vision and goals. Develop comprehensive plans to improve partner engagement, connection and satisfaction.Partnership Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key global partners, building and nurturing long-term, strategic relationships. Understand partners' needs and expectations, providing tailored solutions and support to enhance their experience.Partnership Development and Execution: Create initiatives that enhance the overall partnership experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, commercial, sales, product, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives. Work closely with global brand partnership project manager to ensure timely delivery of partnership initiatives.Partner Feedback and Insights: Collect and analyze feedback from global partners to improve partnerships and processes. Apply insights to make informed decisions and enhance partnership experience strategies. Implement standard methodologies and creative approaches to remain at the forefront of delivering outstanding partnership experiences.Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor and develop a team of partnership experience professionals, encouraging a collaborative and high-performance environment. Provide mentorship and support to ensure team members achieve their goals and contribute effectively to partnership success.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field.8+ years of experience in partnership management, customer experience, or a related role with significant experience in a global or international setting.Proven success in designing and implementing impactful partnership programs and initiatives.Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining successful global partnerships.Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.Possess a strong creative approach with effective problem-solving abilities.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to travel 50% of the time.

Salary Range$125,000-$145,000

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Stanley is a total rewards company, which includes rewards beyond base salary. At Stanley, full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual results.
