We are looking for a Scrum Master for a top fashion company in Columbus, OH! The Associate Scrum Master is an individual contributor position responsible for working closely with a diverse group of cross-functional partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience, aligned with business goals and objectives. This is a servant leadership role serving as an inward-facing organizer responsible for facilitating team activities, developing and tracking metrics, and reporting all activities for 1-2 digital Product Teams. Encouraging teams to adhere to Agile values is a crucial component of this position.

ResponsibilitiesAssure assigned Product Team(s) live by the principles, values, and practices of AgileRemove internal roadblocks that prevent the team from reaching full velocity and escalate external blockers to platform leadership and key stakeholdersExperiment with and integrate processes and tools that encourage continuous improvementDevelop a deep understanding of assigned Product Team(s) digital capabilities and vision for future enhancementsCollaborate with Development Leads and Product Owners to promote a shared vision and roadmapFacilitate sprint planning and retrospective activitiesEmphasize code quality through small, focused user stories; assist teams with a hands-on servant leader approach from inception to delivery of workAssist Product Owners with keeping backlogs appropriately groomedMaintain relevant metrics and monitor team throughput and velocity, driving performance and continuous improvementAssist with other product teams as required to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the workFacilitate meetings and follow up with resulting action itemsPrepare and lead presentations as requestedRequired Qualifications:

3+ years professional experience or technology project management experience, ideally with a digital commerce focusExperience with SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall development approachesExperience with User Stories, Acceptance Test-Driven Development, Test-Driven Development, Behavior-Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Pairing, and Automated TestingAn understanding of Scrum ceremonies, methods of story estimation, and velocity measurementStrong creative, analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilitiesStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to work in a team-oriented, collaborative global work environment3+ years in agile environment preferredProfessional experience in direct retail, e-commerce, or consulting environmentExperience with leading ALM tools (JIRA/Version One/TFS/Agile Central/Rally, etc.)Ability to work in a continuously changing environmentAbility and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quicklyGeneral business and financial acumenHigh curiosity, problem-solving, and learning orientationDiverse work experience and backgroundBachelor's degree in business, or related field
