About The RoleThe Manager, Merchandising Operations is a managerial role, that will be responsible for managing the reporting of merchandising operations initiatives and sharing out key progress updates on strategic projects and strategies. As well as oversee the development of the Merchandising Operations team and track the continued progress of reporting and team progress.

What You Get To Do Every DayManaging strategic initiatives within the Merchandising Operations Organization

Finding pipeline and exception opportunities and crafting processes to address

Sharing out key initiative updates in a consistent and timely manner

Analyzing reporting and creating action plans to yield strong results

Partner inter-departmentally to assist team with outstanding product inquiries, open consignor escalations, and Zendesk ticket flows

Partner cross-functionally with departments to identify pipeline issues and resolve while crafting processes to address long term

Surface risks and opportunities to senior leaders for strategic problem solving

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results

Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills

Adaptability and openness to change

Able to work independently but has the ability to manage a large group in a team environment

Minimum 5+ years experience in Inventory control or Leading teams

Strong Google suite proficiency and ability to use data to inform decisions

Strong presentation skills to senior leadership

Ability to Travel 15%

Preferred Requirements:

Proficiency with Mac OS and Google Suite

The expected salary range for this role is $-$. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
