Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This is an on-site position based in our Los Angeles office— remote work is not an option . You will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, assisting with inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities:

Greet customers and address their questions and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.

Assist customers with orders, payments, and other account-related issues.

Work closely with other departments to ensure customer inquiries are resolved efficiently.

Handle customer complaints, escalate issues when necessary, and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.

Maintain and update customer records as needed.

Manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and in-person interactions.

Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to better assist customers.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus.

Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.

A customer-first attitude with a friendly and positive demeanor.

Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.

Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.

Must be willing to work on-site in our Los Angeles office— this is not a remote position .
