Job Summary

The Services Development Representative will be responsible for proactively driving customer engagement via confirmed appointments, opportunity generation via 1st call qualification, and profitable growth by advancing services opportunities aligned with Strategic's focus partners and associated business. This position will be primarily focused on gathering detailed information on prospects to then proactively engage with customers to generate net new opportunities while developing and maintaining relevant technical acumen.

Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to:Drive account growth for Stratascale by profiling, qualifying, and prospecting into new or underpenetrated accountsCold calling, uncovering opportunities, and landing meetingsGuiding client conversations to ensure proper actions/next-steps are required to solve business and technical challenges uncovered.Working knowledge of the core Stratascale services offerings and dependencies/pull through of associated cloud, security and infrastructure technology productsPartner with Sales Leadership, Client Advisors, Enterprise Architects, Inside Sales and peers in the Strategic Segment for planning and increased services adoptionGenerate and drive pipeline by understanding customer need and positioning relevant Stratascale solutions and servicesDevelop close relationships with SHI sellers, internal resources, and partner contactsResponsible for managing pipeline, customer success metrics and tracking to key resultsStay educated on new services, technology, and program updates from focus partnersPresent at customer events and travel to market where appropriateQualifications

A passion to hunt and develop new business through building new relationshipsProven track record of driving results and exceeding expectationsBachelor's Degree requiredExperience in technology sales role, preferably a sales role focused around driving new businessWell-rounded working job knowledge of hardware/software/licensing productsA "builder" who possess an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude/cultureIndividuals who are dedicated, curious, and motivatedRequired Skills

Travel to present at customer events and travel to market where appropriate, up to 25%Additional Information

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
