Senior Manager/Director of Marketing

We're seeking a dynamic Senior Manager/Director of Marketing with 7+ years of relevant experience to lead our strategic marketing initiatives and drive our brand forward. This role is a blend of product marketing and go-to-market (GTM) strategy and you will work with our VP of Marketing to shape our content, messaging, and GTM strategy execution.

Eltropy's culture is intentionally unique with a modern office located in the heart of Santa Clara, California. This role requires a minimum of four days a week in the office and our new colleagues can expect a positive atmosphere in an open office design where top industry experts provide support and education.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.Demand Generation: Lead demand generation initiatives, including lead nurturing campaigns, email marketing, content marketing, webinars, and events to generate qualified leads and accelerate the sales pipeline.Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, paid advertising, social media, and website optimization, ensuring all campaigns are data-driven and focused on ROI.Content Marketing: Drive the content marketing strategy to produce high-quality, relevant content that resonates with target audiences, establishes thought leadership, and supports the buyer's journey.Product Marketing: Collaborate with product teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, and sales enablement materials.Brand Management: Enhance and protect the company's brand by developing consistent messaging, visual identity, and storytelling across all marketing channels.Analytics & Reporting: Implement and manage marketing analytics tools to track the performance of campaigns, understand customer behavior, and optimize strategies based on data insights.Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on SaaS or technology industries.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth in a B2B environment.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and scaling marketing teams.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Skills:
