This highly visible leadership role will be responsible for leading one of the largest transformational programs. The

is accountable for successfully delivering multi-year technology programs across global LSI. This is a

hybrid position based in Minneapolis, MN and will require relocation to the Minneapolis area and not a remote role. You will be on site two to three days a week.The role will be responsible for the planning, day-to-day execution, management, implementation and reporting of large complex programs. The ideal candidate must possess sound SAP Program Delivery experience

implementing mission critical solutions

and a solid understanding of how large-scale software systems are designed, built, tested and deployed. The ability to effectively partner, establish and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, solve problems and provide accurate project status is essential.The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to the following:Plan and manage a portfolio of large-scale, mission critical technology delivery programs across multiple functional areas within a CPG environmentDrive program delivery of an SAP S4 transformation program, including program planning, support and maintaining processes for managing resources and scope during the program delivery lifecycleSet performance and quality standards, partnering with IT/Business to drive results and mitigate riskDefine delivery schedules, prioritize components, and manage program delivery and initiativesAssign and monitor resources to ensure program delivery efficiency, maximize business value of deliverablesReport program outcomes and/or risks to IT Leadership, escalate issues as necessary according to the planDevelop and govern IT standards for program delivery ensuring stability and standardizationManage and develop project team members to build capability, strengthen ability, and improve skill setsEffectively promote business projects and value to the IT leaders and communityPartner with Business Analysts, IT and Business Process Owners, to help business units define new capabilitiesCommunicate business needs with appropriate IT BRM, gain alignment, and determine technical needsGather high-level business requirements and define scope during initial discovery by conducting meetings/interviews, and facilitating large group/cross-functional sessions with partnersAssist in the identification and development of key metrics used to track results and value deliveryProvide input to and details on cost, value, and opportunity to optimize IT spend (CAPEX and OPEX)Lead development of business cases requiring IT-based solutionsInterface with vendors to understand whether vendor products will meet business requirementsMonitor that the solutions are meeting the business partner’s expectationsRefine SLAs based on business need, skillfully setting/re-setting expectationsMaintain up-to-date awareness of industry and technology trends, and make recommendations for implementation of new/upgraded systems and technologiesMaintain knowledge of multiple business functions and initiatives to identify where conflicts/synergies exist between technologies and business functionsPerform other duties and responsibilities such as testing and training as discovered, directed or necessaryQualifications

Required Education: BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experienceRequired Experience:10+ years of experience in an information systems environment with 5+ years of IT program delivery experience in the Consumer Products industry, leading high-profile programs across one or more functional domains4+ years experience leading and mentoring team membersDemonstrated ability to lead a team of internal and external project managers to deliver large scale SAP programsExperience navigating and successfully implementing SAP, preferably S4/HANA. Drive program delivery schedule and support process, ensuring compliance to project standards and timely program deliveryExperience in SAP Program methodologies. Ability to provide input to functional specifications and make recommendations to system optimization, support and guidanceExperience in requirements gathering, prioritization, collaborating across multiple business teamsExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences including various levels of management, vendors, business teams with varied levels of skill/experience. Ability to clearly communicate technical subject matter to a non-technical audience. Strong people skills in a diverse cultural environmentDemonstrated ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a demanding environment and make sound decisions in urgent situations. Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skillsMust have experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies and can formulate innovative programs to generate excitement and engagementFinancial acumen along with a sound understanding of data flows and one or more functional areas (e.g., Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales/Trade, Human Resources)A highly collaborative work style which includes working effectively across all organizational levelsProven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, especially among development teamsAbility to manage multiple, concurrent projects, manage vendors effectively and be responsive to users and IT staff in a timely mannerMonitor the outsourcing partner’s adherence to SLAs and KPIs, particularly those related to SAP and other non-SAP core applications as well as addressing any delivery related issuesDemonstrated ability to establish strong partnerships across business and technology areasREQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE and ABILITIES:Strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sourcesProficiency in business process knowledge within the CPG industryEnsures accountability across the IT teamAbility to distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirementsInfluential leader able to facilitate discussions between multi-functional teams and enable them to discover solutions to complex problems, manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflictsExpert collaborator, capable of managing multiple initiatives with conflicting priorities simultaneously with a high degree of independenceAbility to validate data obtained via other techniques and expose new areas for elicitationApplication domain knowledge is a plusStrong attention to deadlines and budgetary best practices and guidelinesStrong written, verbal and presentation communication skillsAdditional Information
