Trusted.The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention.SPA has an immediate need for an Electrical Engineer to support the

onsite SPA team at Hill AFB, UT . The Sentinel Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Group (SIG) supports the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center in the acquisition of the LGM-35A Sentinel (GBSD) ICBM weapon system. SIG delivers program management, systems engineering, and subject matter expertise to ensure on-time delivery of a safe, secure, and reliable strategic nuclear weapon system.Responsibilities

The Engineer will work as part of the Sentinel ICBM program's Advanced Planning Branch (NXXA). NXXA is responsible for maturing and managing hardware development programs and acquiring and integrating new technologies for the next generation ICBM. The Engineer will assist the Government customer in the review and assessment of the design, documentation, architectures, and MBSE products to meet acquisition requirements and timelines.Responsibilities include:Provide technical advice to Government leaders and engineers.Support requirements development, analysis of alternatives, verification and validation activities, and milestone preparation.Prepare/review engineering analysis reports and key acquisition documents, including RFP packages.Participate in technical interchange meetings, design reviews, program management reviews, certification working groups, and other technical meetings, as required.Provide guidance and leadership to more junior engineering team members.Qualifications

Required Qualifications:Active U.S. Government Secret clearance with a background investigation completed

Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.7 years (with BS) or 5 years (with MS) directly related experience.At least 3 years progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership.Desired Qualifications:ICBM maintenance, operations and/or acquisitions experience.Professional Engineering License.Systems Engineering experience and/or Certification.Project Management Professional Certification.Active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
