We are seeking dedicated bilingual paraprofessionals to join our team and make a difference in the lives of students. You'll be working closely with teachers who manage caseloads of 13-22 students, providing crucial support where it's needed most.

Qualifications:
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in Somali, Oromo, Spanish, or Creole.
Experience:
Prior experience in racial equity work is highly preferred.
Education:
Must hold a valid paraprofessional certification in Minnesota. A background in education or a related field is a plus.
