For more information, please visit www.careers.firstam.com.What We DoThe Director of Product Strategy defines, promotes, and drives the strategic roadmap for current and future products. This position is responsible for identifying potential products and emerging markets, leading market research efforts, creating the product roadmap, and crafting marketing strategies for new product introduction.HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTELead the team that manages product implementation and maintenance as well as pricing strategy/product analytics.Develop product strategy that creates best in class offerings across all product sets.Ideate and implement product enhancements that drive higher customer engagement and increase new sales.Leverage data, customer feedback, and business insights to improve existing product offerings or create new product offerings.Ensure pricing strategy is both competitive in the marketplace and meets company profitability goals.Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategy, planning, and implementation of product initiatives that drive sales and retention.Provide thought leadership on new and innovative product offerings and develop a methodology for testing the feasibility of those offerings.Partner closely with direct to consumer and real estate marketing teams to improve product sets as well as ensure a smooth product implementation process.Partner closely with finance to provide forecasts on the impact of upcoming product changes.Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of team members and technology, while sizing the organization appropriately to meet current and future sales targets.WHAT YOU'LL BRING10+ years of experience in product strategy and pricing.Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred.Demonstrated experience in defining and executing on a consumer services product roadmap.An advanced understanding of product analytics and capability to turn data-driven insights into action.A passion for understanding our customers and their expectations around our offerings.A collaborative approach that considers all aspects of how product changes can impact other parts of the organization.Curiosity and an ability to execute low-cost, iterative tests that allow for forward progress of new ideas.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.SALARY RANGE$151,000 - $252,000This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
